I am searching for the descendants of George Frederick RAMKE born Osterbostel Holstein 1838 and his wife Auganetha HINRICHS born Dellingstadt,Holstein 1/7/1839. They emmigrated to Australia and settled in the Highfields, Crows Nest area of Queensland. It is believed that they came to Australai around 1856. Children from the marriage were Wiebke Margaretha married Harold KAHLER. George Frederick married Mary Louise ABEL, Johann Heinrick known as Jack, never married, Anna Pauline married Micheal McLAUGHLIN, Maria (known as Mary) married Jack BROWNE, Wilhelmine married Annie Betiah PIDGEON and Caroline married Samuel PIDGEON. I am particularly interested in locating the descendants of the BROWNE and McLAUGHLIN families. McLAUGHLIN family lived around Toowoomba Queensland. Children CLARA, never married ELSIE married Leslie? No children, William married ?, Jack never married, EVELYN married Samuel EVANS 1 son. BROWNE family STEPHEN 2 SONS, GEOFFREY, 1DAUGHTER, JAMES 1 SON.
