I'm looking for connections to family of ERICK JOHNSON, born August 27, 1890 in Rättvik area, Sweden, small parish of Boda. He immigrated about 1920's. Married first to IRENE PIERCE. Had two children ELEANOR JOHNSON born @ 1921, and NORMAN JOHNSON born @ 1922, born I believe in Duluth Minn. IRENE was born in Alaska, WI. IRENE later died, and ERICK married EMMA HOWELL. EMMA has a sister named JAYNE living in Portland, Oregon. EMMA died abt.1980's or later in Duluth. They had no children that I am aware of. ERICK died May 30, 1973 in Duluth. ERICK possibly was a resident of the VIEWCREST NURSING HOME. Both children IRENE & NORMAN have died also I believe. Old address for NORMAN was in Hopkins, Minn. and also Minnetonka, Minn. IRENE possibly married someone named NYGAARD, as in a court document belonging to relatives there are listed children of IRENE as CAROL & DOROTHY NYGAARD; Tioga St. Duluth, Minn. I am interested in any connections to any of these people, as well as those addresses or locations - and finding them in an old directory, on the census, church or cemetery records, birth announcements, death announcements - anything! I have not been able to find any printed documentation on them. Also family story is that ERICK worked or hobbied with airplanes, and automobiles. Links, suggestions, addresses of connections?
