Looking for info on the James Redding and Bridget Ryan Redding family living in Franklin Co. Iowa in 1890's. ch. James m. Mary Markham, Mary m. John Flanagan of Dubuque, Katherine m. thomas King of Osceola Twp., Ann and Michael of Ackley;John, Josephine and Frank deceased. This info taken from 1914 History of Frnaklin Co. James and Bridget came to America in 1836 and settled in Dubuque, Co. James was born 12/29/1835 in Ireland. I think he is related to Thomas Redding from Jones Co. an Cascade, Ia and was married to Margaret Obrien of Co. Clare, Ir.
