My grandfather, Solomon Gallegos, dob 6-5-1903, born in San Marcial, MN had a cattle ranch/dairy farm. I'm looking for any information on the ranch. I'm interested in how they lost it. I know that is was destroyed during the flood of 1929, but shouldn't they have remained owner of the land? I have been having a hard time finding any information about the dairy or cattle ranch. Any information, pictures, property deeds would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Bernadette Slingerland
