I am looking for my birth parents. I was adopted by Grover and Winnie Catt - originally from Monticello, MS and New Hebron Mississippi. I was adopted in 1952 and Judge Turnage of Monticello handled the adoption privately. I am seeking any information anyone might have on who my birth parents were. It is possible my birth father's name was Hixon but I have no information on my birth mother except that she lived with a family in Moss Point MS while she was pregnant. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
