Looking for any information on families from Osen, Bjornor, Sur-Trondelag, Norway. My great-grandfather, Martinus Danielson was born in Osen in 1891. His father's name was Daniel Osen or Daniel Mortenson. His mother's name was Indianna Johansdatter. I believe the family lived in Osen for many generations, however, I know that Indianna was from Nord-Flatanger, Norway. Martinus came to Drummond, WI in October of 1911 or 1912. He had many brothers and sisters and I know of 3 or 4 who also came to the US. I would be interested in any who remained in Norway. Information from The Norwegian Historical Data Centre The Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tromsų listed the name of domicile as Revegghalsen in Osen municipality number 1633. Thanks!
