NORDSTROM, Olof Gustaf Looking for my great grandfather who resided in Chicago during the late 1800's and early 1900's. Born in Sweden perhaps on 1/18/1869 and died in Chicago on 1/1/1919 (buried at Oak Hill in Chicago). Two wives known: Hannah Carlson then Christine Gustavsen/Gustafson. Unsure of immigration to U.S. Was at least before my grandfather Elmer Gustaf Nordstrom, who was born 12/8/1894. Olof might have gone by Gustaf. Also, might have originally have been a Johnson but don't know if this is true and if so, whether he changed the name in Sweden or America. Unable to locate him in ANY censuses or family trees.
