I am a family historian for the BICKHAM family or families who were in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This same family may have been connected with those in New Hampshire. They came from England, however, the exact location has not yet been found. The immigrant ancestor may have been first in Barbados. The timeframe for the New Jersey period is during the 1700s.
