Looking for information on Silas Washington Bardwell and Decendants. Born Tunnhannock twp. Wyoming Co., Pennsylvania 5/11/1843 Enlisted in the 26th Illinois Infantry Co. E U. S. Army at Bruce twp. La Salle Co., Illinois 1861. Married Mary Susan Oliver 1866 in Grundy Co., Illinois. They moved to Newton Co., Indiana aft. 7/13/1870 & bef. 2/16/1872.They moved to Ness Co., Kansas aft. 1875/ bef. 1878. They moved to Great Bend Barton Co., Kansas aft. 1878/ bef. 1885. Silas W. was a blacksmith. Their children were: Bertha Elizabeth b. Grundy co., Ill. 8/13/1867. Kitty Prudence b. Grundy Co., Ill. 1870. Zack Millard b. Newton co., In. 2/16/1872. Lizzie Lorina b.
