MANCHESTER: I am researaching the MANCHESTER family. In particular the family from Manchester, Lancashire, England. The American progenitor could be considered to be JOHN MANCHESTER (1803-1869). His issue inculde: Anne Elizabeth Manchester (1824), Henry Manchester (1826), Charles Manchester (1829), George Manchester (1831), John Manchester Jr. (1833), Richard Septimus Manchester (1837), Gertrude Manchester (1861-1862), Clara H. Manchester 1864). The family centered itself on arrival in the US in Dayton, Ohio. But it is part of family tradition that other branches were in other states. I am interested in all branches of the family
