Seeking descendants, relatives, or others willing to share info concerning any of the people detailed herein. Charles W. THOMPSON (reportedly of NY state) married a Julia ANDERSON (of KY) in Calhoun Co Illinois about 1840. He dies before 1850; she remarries about that same time to George W. CHRISTOPHER (born 1831 Crawford Co IN; census states father of George born KY, mother VA). James, Charles, & George THOMPSON were born of the first marriage; James likely died early, Charles was drowned some years after the Civil War, & George moved on with his new family to Bates Co MO where he lived & died with his adopted sister Elizabeth of Norway. Nancy Ann & Francis M. CHRISTOPHER were products of the second marriage; she is reported to have died before 1900 & I suspect died at childbirth. In 1877, Francis marries a Katherine MARKS (MARX) of german parentage.
