Elijah GRAVES(1832-1882 and m. Sophronia Bishop)as my ggrandfather and looking for living relatives in New York. Elijah and Sophronia farmed near Ox Bow and Rossie, Jefferson Co.,NY. Children: Eliza (1855), Archie (1858), Eugene E.(1859-my grandfather m Margaret Loretta MULL), Franklin L. (1863), Selbah["Lil","Nellie") 1865 and m George WOOD] James (1869), Otis (1870), Elijah B (1881 and m Grace HICKS), Edwin (or Ebsen 1872) and Charles (1880). Also sons Charles and Archie who had drowned in Indian River when children (1873). Think they had dairy farm in area of Theresa, NY. Much of family buried in Vrooman Hill Cemetery, near Antwerp. Graves brothers, Elijah(1760-1823) and Sterling, had migrated to Westmoreland,NY from CT. Appreciate help to know more of my family heritage.
