Miss Jane Grant, a nurse, from St. Mary's, married in 1855 to a Keeler of Dartmouth, by Rev. Romans (Anglican) in Dartmouth. There is a marriage announcement which states it was a James Keeler but I dispute that. She was his second wife and produced 11 children for him. Her parents were James Grant and Alice McCoy.
