My Father Waverly Buchanan was in the CCC Camp from April 1934 to April 1936. He served in California, Idaho and Washington State. Sometime during this 2 year period he met a girl by possible last name of Abram. This girl's Father was a sheep rancher possibly in Oregon but not sure. She had a brother who had one arm amputated and I believe she had a married sister living in Idaho. When mt Dad left the CCC to come home to Kentucky he left this girl pregnant. My Father has passed away and I'm wondering if this lady is still living and if she indeed had a child by my Father. I've been told that Daddy did not give his real name to the girl. These are the only clus I have on this incident. My Dad would be 90 years old today if living anf the child he may have fathered would be about 67 years old. If anyone knows who this lady and child may have been or are please let me know.
