I'm looking for information about the ancestry of Solomon Volentine (Valentine). His real last name MAY have been Roberts. His parents were Jessie and Sophia, and they died of a plague around 1844? I'm trying to find out where they came from and their family history. Also if their name was actually Roberts? Volentine may have been the name of the family that took Solomon and his siblings in. He may have had a sister named Jennie.
