I am searching for the family of Nancy Butler, born about 1838 in County Cavan, Ireland, the daughter I believe of James Butler and Mary McKenna. Around 1843 Nancy arrives in Kalamazoo Village, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, United States and marries Martin Garrow June 1, 1862 at Saint Augustine's Catholic Church. Nancy and Martin have five children: Mary Jane Garrow, born about 1863 in Kalamazoo John Martin Garrow, born about 1866 in Kalamazoo Catharine Garrow, born about 1867 in Kalamazoo Thomas Garrow, born about 1872 in Kalamazoo Anna Garrow, born about 1874 in Kalamazoo I believe Catharine married a Landon. Nancy had three brothers, Thomas, Patrick and John, and one sister Mary J. Butler that came to Kalamazoo with Nancy and her parents. Please contact me if you have any information on this family.
