I am looking for a connection between the family of Giovanni Maria Mastai-Ferretti and my maternal grandmother whose family surname was Morosini. I am told that an ancestor Clothilde was a cousin of Giovanni (first or second cousin)her surname was possibly Ferretti. She married a Morosini. Clothilde was either my grandmother's mother or her grand mother. She was born in Italy but later moved to Ireland.
