Is anybody researching the Desalvo surname, from the island of Sicily? I can't find "ANY" traces of my great grandfather anywhere. His name was Nichola, (various spellings tried) to no success. I need any and all help. All I know is that he was born in 1872, somewhere in/around Palermo, and had a brother named Ciro. Both came to La. and both "SUPPOSEDLY" married within 3 years of each other in St. Anne's Catholic Church, in the Napoleonville, La. area. No trace of marriage records have been found for either brother. Can anyone please help me? Thank you. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
