My name is James H. Cummings and I am looking for Joseph Cummings. He and his wife Elizabeth (Tucker)Cummings came to OR in 1878 to Indian Valley Township, they were on the 1880 census. They traveled there with the Tucker family. Gardner R. Tucker and his family stayed but I don't know where Joseph and his wife went. His son Josiah and borther Gardner (named after Gardner R. Tucker) came back to Ark. I can't find Indian Valley on any map. If I knew where Indian Valley was mabye I could find out if they stayed there of left.If anyone could sort of point me in the right direction mabye I could get my tree growing again.
