Hi all, I need help in finding information on my ancestor. His name is Smith MOSBY b. 1845. I don't know what county of Virginia he was born in that is the problem. He was married to Anna E. (maiden name unknown), b. 1850 in Pennsylvania. They had 4 children; all born in PA. Amelia b. 1867, Noel b. 1869, Ransom b. 1873, and Herman b. 1876. I know about Smith MOSBY once he came to PA. however, I'm trying to track him in VA. I would like to know who his parents were. I do have him listed as serving in the Civil War, however, I do not think that this is the same person.
