Todaro + DiMaggio (San Ciperello, Si.) - Magro(Palermo, Si.) Looking for info on Todaro / DiMaggio / Magro line from San Ciperrello Si. Paternal grandfather was Salvatore Todaro who was married to Rosa Magro. My paternal great grandaprents were Guiseppe Todaro and Guiseppa DiMaggio from San Ciperello. Guiseppe died around 1910 in Sicily, Guiseppa immigrated to New Orleans in 1910 and died there in 1920. Salvatorre immigrated to New Orleans in 1906 with brothers Francesco (Frank) and Guiseppe (Joe). Sam returned to Sicily around 1909 / 1910 due to death of his father, married Rosa Magro in Sicily and returned to the US with Rosa and his mother Guiseppa (cleared through Ellis Island September 1910). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
