Query text: Looking for the parents of Richard Proctor Washburn, born jan, 1892, and his sisters Edna, born Sept 1899, Myrtle, born Feb. 1886, and Pearl, born April 1888. During the 1900 Census they lived with their mother (name appears as Minnie) in Mason Co, Kentucky. Also in the household is Minnie Mary's own mother, Nancy Duncan, born Sept. 1836. and a neice Georgia Alexander, born July 1889. Their mother was divorced by 1900. She later remarried Moore Green and is seen in later census as Mary Green. In 1910 They are all living with the George McCord household in Maysville, Mason Co. Kentucky. Word has it, Richard, also known as Proctor, had stated he was born and raised in Mt. Sterling, Montgomery Co, Kentucky. He died in Mason Co, though.
