I am researching Oscar Stanford. He was born 1843. He was married to Ella Upham and had Leroy (he married Mary Cease/Sease), Margaret (she married Frank Cooley), Henry, Lewis and lived in Pennsylvania. He was born in New York. He moved to Mannington, West Virginia after the death of his first wife and married Serena (Rena) Price in 1891. He then had Cecil, Claude, Ralph. Rena died in 1903 I think and Oscar died in 1913.
