In which court in Armstrong County, PA, might one have filled out their declaration of intent in 1894? My great-grandfather and great-grandmother, August and Wanda (LIESKE) REBELL, listed their destination as Ford City on the ship's manifest (the Rhynland). They arrived from Germany, March 16, 1894. August REBELL was reportedly hired in Germany to help start a steel rolling mill here. If anyone could help me find my great-grandfather's declaration of intent or any information at all on him in Armstrong Co., PA, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks. P.S.
