Subject: Newfoundland Tobins Looking for info about the family of James Tobin & Mary Flaherty whose daughter, Bridget Tobin married John Dwyer. ("Oak Farm Dwyers"). They lived in St. Johns, NFLD. John Tobin, (Bridget Tobin's brother) (founded "John Tobin & Co.". John & Bridget (Tobin) Dwyer had maybe 6 or 7 children including a son named Michael Dwyer who was born in St. Johns, NFLD abt. 1833. Both John Tobin & Michael Dwyer settled in Halifax, Nova Scotia where they raised families.
