I am searching for information on James Blaine Barr, Born 1799, died 1893. He married Susan Stroh, B, July 4 1798; D. Nov 21, 1887. Both peaple were from Pennsylvania. I believe his fathers name was Ephram Barr. I am also looking for any information that connects My Barr's with that of the famous James G. Barr the famous politition from Maine, that ran against Grover Cleveland for president. In my notes from relatives states that he was always proud of being related to him. Susan Stroh's mother was a Wetzel. James Blaine Barr had 5 children; John Henery, James, William, Margaret, and Mathilda. John Henery Married Harriet Dickey. Locations from this Query probably will come from Northhampton,Woodbury in Penn. and Roenoke Indiana. Possibly from overseas?
