I am looking for information on a family from Win Parish, LA. The last name is Davidson but has been reported also with the spelling Davison or Davisson. The last ancestor in my line is Callie Virginia Davidson (married to David Brown. Mother's maiden name McManus), died 1966. She and much of the family was buried in Mount Zion Cemetery. Her family can be traced back to John Davidson and Jennie King of County Cork, Ireland. They moved from Ireland to South Carolina and at some point to Louisianna.
