Need info on Andrew Oswalt of Elizabeth(City?) N.C. I believe he was born around 1870 in Elizabeth N.C.and later moved to the Altoona Pa. area (Blair co.) to work for the Pennsylvania Railroad.Would like to know who his parents are and whether they fought in the Civil War. Andrew married Annie Watson. They had a son Clarence,born 1907.Was Andrew born in Clevland co. N.C?
