Hi - I'm looking for any info on SAMUEL RAMSEY wife Mary / Harriett Abbit???. Sam was in Saluda (NC or SC?) in Jan 1886, at which time he relocated to LANDO, SC with his wife, son WADE RAMSEY, and Wade's wife Sally (Sarah Catherine) Thomas. I know Wade and Sally are buried at Harmony cemetery in Edgemoor, Chester County SC. I have no info on Sam as far as birth, death, burial, parents, siblings. Also, the 1880 Congaree, Lexington SC census had Sam listed as age 63 - farmer, wife Mary 55, dau. E. Jane 28, Wade 23, dau M.A. ("Mike"?) 22, Charlotte 19, Samuel 15, James 12. Thanks for any help!
