Looking for more information on Sarah Bailey. She was born in NC in about 1835. Married George Helton (born 1836 NC) in 1858. She had several children: James, Laura, Mary Elizabeth, Selina Ellen, John Wesley, and William Sissaro. Mary and Selina married into the Bynum family. John Wesley is reported to be Mulatto, and William married Jeanie Louisa Williams. Sarah is listed as a widow in 1880. She went to live with her daughter, Selina after 1900.
