I was born in Cabell County Hospital in Huntington West Virginia on Nov 3, 1963. According to my adoption records, My biological mothers maiden surname was Spurlock acording to my Godmother.I would assume that by now, she has married and under a different last name. The only thing I know at this point is that she was roughly about 18-19 yrs old at the time, blind in 1 eye, had the baby at Cabell County Hospital in Huntington,WV. Dr. Dobbs delivered the baby, Dr. Amick was the pediatrician and a Dr. Heckman "not sure what part he played as the Attorneys paperwork does not state. Keith Newman was the Attorney handling the adoption which was a private adoption possibly done in Wayne Cty Courts. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
