I am searching for info on William A.Edwards b.1850 d.1911 in Darlington Co.SC married to Amanda Barefoot(2nd wife)whose father was Miles Pinkney Barefoot and Ida Elizabeth Flowers also Darlington Co.SC I was told of a rumor that William killed Amanda then himself. Can anyone confirm this by newspaper,etc.I have no info on the Barefoots other than what is listed, and i need more. William and Amanda had a son(maybe more)named Mortimer Edwards married Winnie Catherine Gandy. I need more on this couple too. I know their children but no dates and the only two left don't remember that much. If anyone will respond more than once with some info, I would greatly appreciate it. I had someone with info who was going to send me the whole family line and he quit responding to me. We are cousins and I find I get more out of complete strangers.
