Joseph JOHNSON Joseph JOHNSON - a carpenter, born Sept. 15, 1814 in New Jersey - moved to Pennsylvania, where he married Harriet Elizabeth LANTZ - died November 28, 1885 in Powell, PA - buried in Franklindale, PA Joseph had a brother named Abraham and possibly 2 sisters. Joseph's father died when Joseph was a little boy. Joseph was brought up by a Quaker family. I am looking for information about Joseph's natural family and the Quaker family that brought him up . This branch of my family is a "dead end" right now. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
