Summerson Rowland b.7/1829,Scott Co.KY moved to Estill Co.,m Sarah Jane Green b 7/1833 Scott Co; Abraham Lincoln Rowland m. Emma Sams 9/4/1884, second wife Nannie Clem; son Jessie L. b. 5/1890 who first married Nettie Eldridge 12/21/1910, second wife Ida Curtis. Jessie and Nettie had 3 sons, James, Abraham Lincoln and Virgil (my father). Nettie left in 1920 and I have not been able to find anything about her. Nettie Eldridge, father Clinton Eldridge, mother Mary McDowell who married James Rowland after Clinton's death (uncle of Jessie). Other family links, primarily in Estill, Powell and Clark Counties, KY are: Hall, Hisle, Larison, Clem, Curtis, Reffett. Any info would be greatly appreciated. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
