I am trying to locate the date of death and burial location of Richard H. Humphreys, or Humphries or Umphries or Umphriss. He was a member of the 8th Louisiana, Comapny F. He lived in Bayou Chicot and married a Mary Jane Doyal in St. Landry Parish LA on 10/29/1859.He enlisted at Camp Moore on June 26, 1861 and he returned home wounded in November 1864 and there he stayed. | |||||||||||||||||||||
