Westfield, NJ, m. 11/19/1835 Phoebe Seaman, b. 1809 NY d.1856 NJ.William and Phoebe had five sons: John WILLIAMS b.cir 1837 NY; Seaman WILLIAMS b. cir 1838 NY; Charles WILLIAMS b. cir 1841 NY; William Henry WILLIAMS b. 1843 Westfield NJ d 1918 Elizabeth NJ; Purdy WILLIAMS b cir 1847 Westfield NJ. Seaman WILLIAMS m Mary Jane Kerr VOORHEES (dau of Daniel Spader VOORHEES and Mary Louisa DOTY); William Henry WILLIAMS m 10/3/1866 Anna L Voorhees (dau of Daniel Spader VOORHEES and Mary Louisa DOTY).
