I am looking for relatives of William C Allen b. 1837 TN and moved to Arkansas about 1880, died about 1919, is buried in Cane Hill Cemetery with wife Martha Elizabeth Johnston Allen b. 17 Dec 1847 Greene Co, TN d. 1915 Ark. buried same place. These are my g-grandparents. I am hoping to clarify Civil War stories about my g-grandfather. His daughter Mary Jennie Allen b. 1882 Cane Hill, Ark married Joseph Sanford Payne 7 Nov 1900 Ark, he was b. 1877 Morrow, Ark he died 1953 CA, and she died 1967 CA, these are my grandparents.
