I am searching for information re: a man w/last name Danis who served in the Navy on the east coast during the mid 1940's. My father, who is now Robert Dubois, was born Robert Danis, to Jeanluc Dubois and an unknow man, except for the name Danis. He was born on March 6, 1946, so the liaison would have occurred sometime in summer months of 1945, June or July. My father was adopted out to his grandparents, and grew up knowing his biological mother as his sister. The grandparents names were Fabiola & Henry Dubois. The town of birth is Biddeford ME.
