I am looking for any information regarding Elvary or Joel Calhoun both born before 1810 in Tenn. Believed to be the children of Solomon Calhoun born in N. Carolina Elvary ( Elvy ) married my ancestor Isham Akin and went to pike Co. Illinois. I am trying to trace her family back. The family name was probably originaly Calquhoun
