I am seeking information on parents of James B. Moore, b. about 1808 in Halifax, VA. He married Elizabeth Petty Dodson b. abt 1820 in Halifax, Va. Marriage was in Oct 1838 in Davidson Co., TN. They later migrated to Dyer and Crockett Counties, TN. He d. in 1870s. It is thought that he may have American Indian background.
