Killen, James (my great-grandfather) came to Canada from Donegal with his family around 1876. In Donegal he was a mill wright and operated a grist/flour mill and a flax/linen mill and built mills for others. He was married to Margaret Frizzell. His father before him was William Killen (married to a Scottish lady surnamed Mitchell) and his father before him was James Killen.
