Looking for any information regarding William Edward Riley's marriage in Oklahoma City, OK (1950-1958) to a beautiful blond widow with a teenage daughter who my father adopted. I have wedding pictures of the daughter and her new husband taken by Swanson Photo Service in Oklahoma City but no date stamped on the back. My father's name was William Edward RILEY, b. 12 May 1916 d. 24 Oct 1967 both in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas. He married my mother, Mildred Viola SILMON, (b, 22 Aug 1918 Grubbs, Jackson County, Arkansas and d. 07 Jun 1988 in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas) m. 30 Apr 1938. They were divorced in 1944. William Edward RILEY was in the US Navy in WWII (Squadron 466) and he is buried in the National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. My father was known as Ed by family and friends Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Barbara Riley King | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
