I am seeking info on Joseph Whiting born 1838 in England. He married Lucy Ann Wilkinson daughter of Jebus Wilkinson & Susan Gibbons. She was born July 14, 1849 in England. Joseph was married twice but his other wife is unknown to us at this time. He did have a son named John from this unknown wife he died Nov 2, 1963 in New Mexico. The family story is that they had a chain of gas stations along a hwy in New Mexico. The 1880 Iowa Census has them listed but that's all the info we have at this time. Robert DARR. v. annabella Whiting b April 27, 1875 in Cherokee, Iowa; d.Nov 2, 1963 in Arlington, South Dakota;m.Theron CONVERSE Feb 20, 1895 in Arlington, SD vi Carrie b. Oct 3, 1876 in Iowa;d.
