I am seeking information on the William Preston Vice family that lived in Man, WV in 1910 to 1920. He owned a Dance Hall and there was some trouble surrounding it. He was married to Carrie B. Martin and they had 13 children, one of which was my grandmother Mabel Mae Vice. She was born in Man on Nov. 1, 1911 (?). Any help with and census records, birth records, or newspaper articles would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Trish
