Grandfather, Thomas Albert Allen fought in Spanish-American War. Was on Presidential rifle team. Brought war pictures back and had them processed at J.T. Clark, Photographer, Glascow, KY. He later moved to Santa Barbara, CA. and married Ada Mae Priestly, dtr. of Joseph Priestly.
