I am searching for the descendants of Frank Mitchell, born 1858 in NY that married Elizabeth Butler, born 1858 in MI, daughter of Thomas Butler and Anna (Maguire) Butler. Thomas and Ann were both born in Ireland and lived with their children in Kalamazoo, Michigan; Maidstone, Ontario; and perhaps other locations. Frank and Elizabeth Mitchell had two children: Charles Mitchell, born Nov 1885 in MI and married Anna Unknown; and they had at least one child, Charles Mitchell, born Aug 1909 in OH.; and Margaret Mitchell, born Apr 1893 in OH. A great Aunt has told me that she remembers Charlie Mitchell from Ohio visiting her Butler/Connelly family in Grand Rapids, Michigan when she was a young girl - perhaps in the 1920's. Further information from another great Aunt indicates that she remembers traveling from Grand Rapids, Michigan to the Cincinnati, Ohio area when she was a young girl with her Butler family to visit the Mitchell's. From recent printed information that I have discovered I believe that as of 1905 the family was living in Cleveland, Ohio. Any information would be appreciated.
