Looking for any info on James and Catherine (Hinch) Carey of Westmeath. They were possibly married in the Church of the Assumption in Delvin in 1834 and had at least one son, William, my GGF. William(b.1841) married Mary Keogan in 1865 also in the same Church. He and his wife emigrated to this country shortly after getting maried. I have found all the James' in Griffith's Valuation of Westmeath which was done in 1864, but have no way of knowing which one might be him, and since all the censuses were destroyed, I don't know if there's any real way to find out.
