I am seeking information about several children of James Edward Stuart (b. Dec. 25, 1811, Erie, Pennsylvania; d. 1881, Meadville, PA, son of Thomas Steuart and Margaret Forester MacFarland Steuart, Crawford County, Pennsylvania) and Elizabeth Ann Stebbins (b. December 11, 1834, Meadville, PA; d. March 1897, Meadville), daughter of Edward Stebbins and Sarah Ann Atkinson. James and Elizabeth were married May 06, 1858 in Meadville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania. I would like to know the death dates and marriage data, if any, of their following children whose birthdates are estimated from their entries in the 1870 Census for Woodcock Twp., Crawford County, Pennsylvania: (1) Otto Stuart, b. 1859. (2) Margaret E., b. 1862; m. William B. Delo (b. 1861) before 1888, son of Samuel Delo and Rebecca Otto. In 1897, Margaret Stuart Delo lived in Chicago Junction, Huron County, Ohio and had one child, Bernice A. Delo, b. 1889, Pennsylvania. (3)William F. Stuart, b. 1864 (4) Sarah Stuart, b. 1865; m. Andrew Mulrainey (divorced). (5) Harry S. Stuart, b. 1868 All of the above children, in addition to two others documented (Albert Edward Stuart and James Henry Stuart), were living in 1897 at the time of their mother's death, as noted in an obituary in the Meadville Tribune. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
