I'm trying to find descendants of Edwin Empson Isemonger,Straits Settlements Civil Service,Colonial Treasurer.He was born in Guernsey,England in 1836.Son of Anthony Isemonger(1801-1854)& Izat Scadding.Edwin went to the Straits Settlement when he was 31.He became Actg.Resident Councillor of Malacca from(26.Apr.1886-13Feb.1888) / (18 May 1891 - 5 May 1892). He married to Louisa Sophia Maxwell,daughter of Sir Peter Benson Maxwell.He died in Dinard,France in 1903. His issue:- i)FREDERICK CHARLES ISEMONGER, born in STRAITS-SETTLEMENT in 1876, died in 1960. Wrote An Account of the Ghadr Conspiracy : 1913-1915 / F.C. Isemonger and J. Slattery.
