I'm trying to find descendants of Frederick Gordon Penney,Chief Secretary to the Governor of Straits Settlements / Resident Councillor of Malacca from(1904-1905).Son of The Hon.William Penney,Lord Kinloch,Senator of the Coll.of Justice.He was at Glenalmond College from 1871 until 1873.After Edinburgh University, he joined the Civil Service Straits Settlements in 1876.He retired in 1906 and died at Bexhill-on-Sea on the 5th August 1928.
